Credentials expire. Information changes. Important deadlines approach. HIC Credentialing Management helps healthcare providers and practices stay on top of their ongoing credentialing responsibilities without having to coordinate every detail themselves.
Licenses, DEA registrations, board certifications, and malpractice coverage all run on their own clocks. We track the dates so renewals start early, not late.
New addresses, new locations, new providers. CAQH and payer records need to keep up, and we coordinate the routine updates.
Re-attestations and revalidations come around on a schedule. We keep them on a tracked calendar instead of someone's memory.
Convenience, organization, and ongoing support, so preventable credentialing problems are less likely to catch you off guard.
Final pricing depends on the number of providers and management requirements.
New applications and separately scoped enrollment work are not included in the monthly management price.

Credentialing Management is an optional paid service governed by a separate agreement. It is not automatically included with initial credentialing. HIC works to reduce preventable credentialing problems, but cannot guarantee payer approvals, uninterrupted billing, or that a credentialing lapse will never occur.
